Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with any included packaging when possible.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? Contact us and we will help you choose a better fit. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges, upgraded shipping, and handling fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
- Please package rugs securely so they are protected during return transit.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your rug arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Our team will help make it right.
