Where do you ship?
We ship orders within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders in the USA.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock rugs ship quickly from our Texas warehouse. Delivery timing depends on your location and carrier transit time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also visit the Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, clean, undamaged, and in original condition.
What if my rug arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Our team will help make it right.
How do I care for my rug?
Vacuum regularly without a beater bar, rotate the rug occasionally, and blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth.
